In Peru, 266 presidential voting records have still not been entered into the national electoral authority ONPE’s system. Of those, 121 are from Lima and 83 from overseas polling stations. The delay adds a layer of uncertainty to a closely watched election cycle in a country that has experienced significant political instability in recent years.
