Qatar confirmed that all seven people aboard a military helicopter that crashed in its territorial waters have been found dead. The victims included four Qatari military personnel and three Turkish nationals — one serviceman and two others. The Gulf state’s interior ministry said rescue operations had been completed. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
