Last Original Ronettes Singer Dies at 80

Nedra Talley Ross, a founding member of the iconic 1960s girl group The Ronettes, died this weekend at the age of 80. Talley Ross was the last surviving original member of the trio, whose hits — including “Be My Baby” — helped define the sound of an era. The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007.
